Pricing Analyst.

This position requires an organized, proactive, and results-driven professional with strong leadership, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. This highly visible position will play a key role in supporting the onboarding of agents and maintaining the system settings and structures that drive the economic model across all products and services. The position will also help coordinate team activities, align priorities, and facilitate collaboration across multiple business areas to ensure the successful execution of operational and strategic initiatives. In addition, the individual will actively contribute to system enhancements, troubleshooting efforts, audit processes, and continuous improvement initiatives while working closely with General, Dandelion, Strategic Partners, Development, Finance, and Revenue Management teams to support business objectives and deliver effective business solutions.

Responsibilities will be included.

- Coordinate and track projects, initiatives, and operational activities across the team, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business priorities.
- Review and validate documentation supporting commission changes, pricing structures,



and business requirements.
- Configure, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of pricing, commission, fee, and other system-related settings that support the economic model across products and services.
- Support the onboarding of new agents, partners, and business initiatives, including all required system configurations and operational setup.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication, resolve issues, and support system enhancements, troubleshooting efforts, and new business requirements.
- Support audit activities, maintain proper documentation, and identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Requirements

- Intermediate English level
- Advance Excel knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related.

Experience

1+ year of experience working in Finance, Pricing, Business Analyst or similar positions.
