We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record of building scalable international businesses in tourism, destination management, groups or MICE. The successful candidate combines strategic vision with operational excellence and thrives in a fast-paced, international environment to join our dynamic team in Switzerland or Mallorca.

In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving the development and expansion of our Groups business across our international destinations. You will lead initiatives to create a scalable operating model, enhance and further develop our Groups technology platform together with our IT company, implement standardized processes across destinations, and unlock new growth opportunities through commercial acquisition and account management activities.

Reporting to the CEO, you will work closely with our integral Partner Network to strengthen our market position and deliver sustainable and profitable growth.

Main Responsibilities:

- Define organizational structure and resource requirements for Groups business.
- Manage the Groups business P&L;, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth, margin optimization, and achievement of profitability targets.
- Work closely with Country GMs, Operations, Contracting, Finance, Product, and Technology teams to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Drive the expansion of the Groups business into destinations and countries where Group operations are not yet established.
- Act as business owner of the Groups’ technology platform, defining priorities, product roadmap, and digital transformation initiatives together with the IT organization.
- Design, implement, and standardize scalable operational processes across existing and new destinations.




- Identify commercial opportunities, emerging trends, and potential new markets. Develop and execute mid- and long-term commercial plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Establish new sales channels and expand the company's customer network within the Groups & MICE segment.
- Drive innovation and share best practices to continuously improve products, services, and customer experience.
- Represent the company at national and international trade fairs, workshops, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Ensure alignment between destination teams, SSC, IT and commercial stakeholders

- Proven experience in Groups, and/or MICE Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Commercial Management within Tourism and/or Destination Management.
- Experience in managing international stakeholders and working within multinational and multicultural environments.
- Strong strategic thinking skills combined with a hands-on and results-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret market trends, business performance, and commercial opportunities.
- Experience in process optimization, digital transformation, and/or implementation of technology solutions is highly desirable.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive "can-do" attitude and a passion for driving change and innovation.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
