At a glance:

We are seeking a motivated Integration Manager Warehousing Solutions to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. In this role, you will lead the integration, testing, and commissioning of complex warehouse automation solutions, ensuring customer requirements are translated into reliable, scalable systems. Working closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, customers, and suppliers, you will drive technical integration and manage project risks through to successful handover.

Your Impact:

- Own the functional design and integration strategy for automated warehouse systems.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and integration risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage integration plans, test plans, and acceptance procedures.
- Lead system testing, verification, and validation activities to ensure successful customer acceptance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers regarding operational processes and system changes.
- Coordinate suppliers and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.
- Monitor progress, report project status, and support successful operational handover.

What makes you a great fit?

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Automation, or a related field.
- Experience in warehouse automation, intralogistics, or complex system integration environments.
- Strong knowledge of systems engineering, including requirements management,



verification & validation, and change management.
- Ability to understand customer operations and translate requirements into practical solutions.
- Strong analytical, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive, pragmatic, and collaborative working style.
- Fluent in Spanish and English and willing to travel internationally (approximately 50%).
