We're looking for a Greek-speaking Quality Analyst to work closely across our sales teams, supporting Account Executives and their managers. Monitoring the quality and compliance of sales interactions, including reviewing and scoring phone calls, emails, and related chats
Providing feedback to agents based on their quality score and results
Working with sales trainers to produce best-practice guides and facilitate regular training
6+ months of experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role
~ Fluency in English and Greek
~ Great quality score results
~ Experience in a sales environment
