We are seeking an experienced

Lead Rotating Engineer

to join our Engineering team in Madrid.
Responsabilities:

Coordinate and supervise the work group, including man-hour management.
Report to the Department Manager and the Project Engineering Manager.




Review the project milestone schedule and ensure compliance with key deliverables.
Attend meetings with other departments and the Department Manager.
Attend meetings with the Client.
Participate in project technical meetings, such as HAZOP reviews, 3D Model Reviews, etc.
Prepare progress reports.
Prepare the technical section of Change Order Requests to the Client.
Be familiar with and apply existing procedures.
Coordinate with the Planning Department to review project schedule dates.
Ensure compliance with planned schedules and deadlines.
Ensure compliance with the Quality Plan.
Review the activities of the specialist engineers under their responsibility, including technical documentation (specifications, data sheets, requisitions, bid evaluations), vendor drawing reviews and comments, and other related engineering deliverables.
Competences:

At least15 years of demonstrable experience in this type of equipment in Power Plants.
Experience leading the mechanica
