At Aircall, you'll join a company in motion. We're customer-obsessed, data-driven, and focused on delivering meaningful outcomes. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Growth team, with a particular focus on optimizing onboarding and trial experiences.
You will work closely with Product, Design,



and Data to identify friction points, test new ideas, and turn user insights into intuitive product experiences.
Although this is a full-stack position, it has a strong emphasis on Frontend development. You will build user-facing experiences, run rapid experiments, and play an important role in shaping the beginning of the customer journey at Aircall.
Develop complex, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces using modern Frontend technologies.
Build and maintain the Backend logic and API integrations required to support seamless product experiences.
Create, launch, and evaluate A/B tests and product variations to improve activation, adoption, and conversion.
Take end-to-end ownership of projects, from technical design and implementation through release, monitoring, and optimization.
Partner closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, Data Analysts, and other Engineers to translate user insights into eff
