We're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our People team and play a key role in one of our most dynamic business units. As HRBP at Fever, you'll work hand-in-hand with senior leaders to shape team culture, boost performance, and strengthen engagement. This role is part of a strategic team supporting a high-impact area of the business, so we're looking for someone experienced, sharp, and ready to hit the ground running.
Performance Management
Lead the full cycle of performance reviews (semi-annual), driving calibration, consistency, and impact.
Support managers in translating feedback into actionable development plans and tracking progress.
Use performance data to generate insights and implement strategies that drive team and business growth.
Analyze engagement data to surface key trends and design meaningful, action‐oriented solutions.
