They’re now looking to add another Senior Quantity Surveyor to the team, but this time with a stronger site and construction focus. You’ll work across a range of refurbishment and fit-out projects, typically around 6m, taking ownership of the commercial side and working closely with contractors and project teams.The role:Commercial management of refurbishment and fit-out projectsWorking closely with contractors and site teamsManaging valuations, variations,



cost reporting and final accountsManaging contractual and commercial documentationTaking ownership of projects and being able to hit the ground runningSupporting projects through construction and deliveryAbout you:Strong QS / commercial construction backgroundExperience across refurbishment, fit-out or similar projectsComfortable working with contractors and on siteAble to work independently with minimal interventionHappy to travel across the UK If you’re a QS who enjoys being close to the construction and having genuine ownership of your projects, I’d be keen to have a conversation.
