Puesto: Supply Production and Inventory Planning Manager

Tasks / Responsibilities

Lead cross-regional Supply Planning projects covering demand planning, inventory replenishment, production planning and scheduling.
Drive planning process, methodology and system improvements to enhance service levels, inventory performance and operational efficiency.
Coordinate Demand, Supply, Production, Logistics,



Customer Service and IT teams to ensure alignment across regions.
Manage project governance, planning performance KPIs, roadmaps and stakeholder communication.
Promote planning standardization, data analytics and continuous improvement initiatives.
Academic Qualification / Other Training

Mandatory: University Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, STEM, Business Administration or equivalent.
Experience: Mandatory: 5-8 years of experience in Supply Planning, Supply Chain projects or similar roles.
Optional: Experience in planning systems implementation and project management.
Language Skills

Mandatory: High written and spoken Spanish and English (C1)
