As the R&D; Business Partner you will support the Semiconductor Division by delivering high-quality, timely business and financial analysis to facilitate effective decision-making. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of R&D; Operations and the broader engineering leadership team to provide insights, identify opportunities, highlight risks, and contribute to the Division’s sustainable and profitable growth. You will also play a vital role in protecting the business from financial risks by ensuring robust internal controls and adherence to Group finance principles and processes. You will:

Business Partnership




- Deliver monthly financial results and R&D; variance analysis for both the SUN Division and the Engineering teams - Lead R&D; monthly forecasting for project expenditures - Support the annual R&D; target-setting process - Provide clear, value-adding financial insights and analysis to support R&D; Operations decision-making - Participate in and support Business Reviews with Customer Centres and Product Companies - Develop financial agility plans to mitigate the impact of fluctuating demand and safeguard profitability

Financial Control & Risk Management - Ensure compliance with Atlas Copco Group financial controls and processes (“The Way We Do Things”) - Prepare and submit all required SUN Division monthly reports to VTBA and Atlas Copco Group - Provide analysis on R&D; Expenditure, Capital Expenditure, and Headcount - Support and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring sustainable resolution of issues

- Actively contribute to Vacuum Technique Business Area initiatives, including systems improvements and month-end process optimiz
