Right now, we are looking for a Landlord Partnership, Asset & Compliance Manager to play a pivotal role in our Housing and Property Services Team in London, with travel to sites as required.
Sounds great, what will I be doing?
As the Landlord Partnership, Asset & Compliance Manager, you will provide strategic leadership across Hestia's accommodation portfolio, ensuring properties remain safe, compliant, financially sustainable and fit for purpose. You will act as the primary point of contact for landlords, Registered Providers and accommodation partners, managing key relationships and overseeing Housing Management Agreements, leases and licences.
You will lead on property compliance and asset management, ensuring statutory inspections,



servicing programmes and remedial actions are completed within required timescales. The role will also involve overseeing planned maintenance programmes, monitoring landlord and property performance, supporting financial planning and reporting, and working closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality housing services are delivered to residents across Hestia's accommodation portfolio.
