We're looking for a Sales Manager – Western Europe to strengthen and expand our presence across this strategically important and rapidly developing region. Are you an experienced B2B sales professional who thrives on building relationships, developing new markets and turning opportunities into sustainable growth?
Employment: Full-time
You'll take ownership of developing the region, protecting and growing existing business while identifying new customers, applications, industries, sales channels and distribution partners.
You'll work closely with customers, distributors and strategic partners, while collaborating with our international sales, marketing and management teams.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and forecast
Develop new customers, distributors, agents and sales channels
Manage the complete sales process from prospecting through to negotiation and closing
Develop and support distribution partners and monitor their performance




Work with the international team to develop and implement regional sales strategies
3–5+ years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in an industrial, manufacturing, welding, automation, engineering or technical environment
Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisation, follow-up and CRM skills
Fluent English and Spanish or Portuguese is a prerequisite.
Experience in the welding or industrial equipment market would be an advantage.
