Digital Product Owner – EMR & API Integration

We are looking for a Digital Product Owner – EMR & API Integration to join our Customer Success Development team. Help shape how fertility clinics connect their EMR systems with Vitrolife’s products and services—and make every day work simpler for the people supporting patients on their journey to parenthood.
Our vision is to create a connected, scalable integration experience that makes clinic onboarding and integration quick and easy, improves workflows in IVF clinics and within Vitrolife, and makes it simpler for clinics to work with Vitrolife products and services, including genetic testing, time‑lapse systems, and electronic witnessing solutions.
The product is at an early stage, with an initial MVP.



This is a hands‑on building role in which you will help develop the product into a scalable offering and establish effective ways of working as the domain grows. Strong technical product judgment will be especially valuable in the near term as you work closely with the Tech Lead, developers, and external technical teams. As the product develops, the role will increasingly focus on business value, adoption, and expansion.
Location: Valencia | 4+1 remote work policy | Full-time
Reports to: Head of Customer Care Center of Excellence (CoE).
