Lead the CRM roadmap for the assigned brand portfolio from a general standpoint, translating priorities into initiatives, timelines, deliverables and measurable outcomes
Act as the senior CRM point of contact for Brand and Market teams, ensuring visibility of progress, dependencies, risks and decisions and driving stakeholder alignment
Partner with Brand and Market teams on clienteling initiatives to plan, launch and optimize omnichannel campaigns and automated journeys across email, SMS and WhatsApp
Coordinate campaign briefs, audiences, segmentation, data requirements, testing, approvals, deployment and post-campaign analysis
Own the day-to-day CRM contribution to clienteling initiatives, including governance, store campaigns, documentation, Connect.U support, external partner coordination and stakeholder follow-up
Track and share CRM trends,



insights and recommendations for innovations and enhancements to CRM campaigns
Monitor consumer and campaign performance and deliver reporting, actionable insights and recommendations
Coordinate quarterly CRM visibility reporting and Looker dashboard support when required
Drive consistent CRM processes, documentation, training and knowledge sharing
Scale successful journeys and best practices across brands and markets
Требования

5+ Years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing & CRM, ideally in a similar industry
Customer-centric vision and excellent project management skills
Process-focused approach to executing multiple responsibilities and deliverables
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, ESP and/or CDP
Analytical skills and ability to synthesize and analyze data, extract actionable consumer insights and turn them into marketing strategies
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with teams in oth
