We are seeking a Paid Ads Specialist who will be responsible for developing, executing,



and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple paid media channels to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on campaign management and performance analysis to maximize return on investment and improve marketing effectiveness across global markets.

The adecuado candidate brings strong experience in performance marketing, deep platform expertise, and a highly analytical approach to decision‑making. This role will partner closely with creative, brand, eCommerce, and business teams to deliver measurable results and scale digital growth initiatives.
