Job Description :
Functions
Design, develop, and maintain backend solutions using C# (.NET 8+) and ASP.NET Core.
Build and integrate APIs and cloud-based services on Microsoft Azure.
Contribute to scalable, secure, and event-driven architecture design.
Manage and optimize SQL Server and Azure SQL Database environments.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze requirements and deliver solutions.
Ensure software quality through automated testing and DevOps best practices.
Requirements
Strong experience 5 years with C# (.NET Core / .NET 8+) and ASP.NET Core.
Hands-on experience with Web APIs, REST/SOAP services, Entity Framework, and OpenAPI/Swagger.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, and Monitoring tools.
Experience with authentication and security protocols (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT).
Solid understanding of SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, and data modeling.
Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), and code quality tools.




Experience with automated testing frameworks such as xUnit or NUnit.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
Nice to Have
Experience with Workday APIs.
Knowledge of ATS platforms such as Phenom, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, or Lever.
Familiarity with GDPR and data protection practices.
Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Exposure to multi-cloud environments (Azure + AWS).
Experience using AI-powered tools, agents, hooks, or skills. Profile / Requirements :
