MotoGP SEG is based in Madrid, with offices in Barcelona, and holds the rights related to the management, marketing and sale of the audiovisual and commercial rights of the FIM World Championship Grand Prix (MotoGP).
The role
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to help keep the Marketing Department running smoothly. The role owns key financial and administrative workflows and coordinates closely with Finance, Legal and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate records, timely processing and effective day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities
Own the end-to-end management of purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices.
Maintain supplier records and documentation, following up on any missing information.
Liaise with Finance to support accurate and timely supplier payments and resolve invoice queries.




Coordinate with Legal to track commercial contracts, documentation and key status updates.
Support budget planning and maintain accurate, up-to-date budget records and trackers.
Process expenses and travel allowances in line with internal procedures.
Maintain organised departmental records and ensure documentation is easy to retrieve.
Coordinate team meetings and provide broader operational and administrative support as required.
What we're looking for
Qualification in Finance and Administration, Marketing or a related field; minimum HND/BTEC Level 5 or equivalent.
Two to three years of experience in operations, coordination, procurement, accounts payable, administration or finance coordination.
Hands-on experience with purchase orders, invoicing, supplier management and budget tracking.
Experience using ERP systems and strong Microsoft 365 skills, including advanced Excel.
Demonstrable B2-level English or above
