In this role you will grow Molex’s Aerospace u0026amp; Defense footprint in Iberia, nurturing long-term customer relationships and translating needs into tailored solutions. You’ll shape regional sales strategy using market insights and maintain an active Salesforce pipeline. You work closely with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth aligned with corporate objectives, impacting how we serve aerospace customers with the Molex portfolio. This is a remote, entrepreneurial opportunity with significant customer-facing impact.

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering xqbhyrx or related field
• Several years' experience in electronics or aerospace u0026 defense industry
• Strong interpersonal, selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Extensive aerospace u0026 defense track record in account management
• Fluent in English and Spanish
