About the role:
We are looking for a Footwear Designer with strong execution skills and design sensitivity to join our product team in Alicante. This is a highly operational design role for someone who understands that great design is not only about ideas — it is about bringing product to life with precision, speed, and consistency .
You will work closely with the Design team and cross-functional partners to ensure collections are developed correctly from concept to production,
supporting a brand that places product at the center of its strategy.
This is not a remote position — presence in the studio is essential to collaborate, review materials, refine details, and stay close to the development process.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Design Support
- Develop footwear proposals aligned with the creative direction and inputs from the G2 Design team.
- Translate concepts into executable designs with strong attention to proportion, materials, and color.
- Contribute to seasonal collections, capsules, and special projects.
Techincal Execution
- Create detailed technical sheets (fichas técnicas) with accuracy and clarity for factories.
- Ensure all specifications are production-ready.
- Track revisions and maintain updated documentation throughout development.
Development Coordination
- Act as a connector between design, development, and manufacturing .
