Role Mission:

As Head of AI Engineering, you will act as the central technical authority for the company’s AI capabilities, leading the delivery, industrialization and scalability of AI solutions across the organization.

Working closely with the Digital Transformation team, you will drive the technical execution of AI initiatives, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and operationally efficient.
You will also play a key role in leading and developing the AI technical community, fostering talent growth,



defining standards and enabling collaboration across cross-functional teams at both local and general level.

You will be responsible for governing the enterprise AI platform, ensuring robust architecture, integration with the IT landscape, and alignment with engineering best practices.

Key Responsabilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Data Scientists and AI/ML Engineers, supporting capability building and technical excellence.
- Coordinate the allocation of AI technical resources across projects, ensuring quality and consistency in delivery.
- Oversee performance, reliability and continuous improvement of AI solutions, while monitoring emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Ensure integration of AI solutions within the broader IT ecosystem, including data platforms, security and network architecture.
