Providing strategic legal advice across the UKI and Iberia region and selected EMEA markets, including matters related to risk, competition, and regulatory compliance
Supporting product lifecycle management and launches by advising on medical device regulations, marketing law, and commercial strategy
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements across various business functions
Leading legal support for the MiniMed separation project and overseeing corporate governance compliance
Monitoring legal and regulatory developments and implementing appropriate business responses




Delivering compliance training and managing relationships with stakeholders and external legal advisors
Legal qualifications, admission to practice law required
Minimum 8 years of relevant legal experience, with a combination of law firm and in-house experience preferred
Strong knowledge of Spanish law and EU regulatory frameworks, with working familiarity with other legal systems
Healthcare, medical device, or life sciences experience strongly preferred
Fluency in Spanish and English is essential
