THIS ROLE OFFERS...
Reporting to the Global Head of Sales, the Commercial Country Manager Iberia is responsible for delivering the company’s sales targets in Spain and Portugal, while achieving growth and profitability.
This role involves leading and managing the Commercial team within the country, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. It will also oversee and support R&D;, Product Management, Product Development, and Marketing activities within the country, working closely within a matrix organization.
Mission I – Strategy and Planning
Develop and implement business strategies for the market, aligned with the company’s goals and strategies
Identify market opportunities and develop plans to expand the company’s presence
Mission II – Operations Management
Oversee all commercial operations, including credit line management
Support the G&A; functions of the Country organization based on the given Power of Attorney and the established Delegation of Authority
Ensure compliance with HR, legal, and regulatory requirements in accordance with local laws and company policies
