We are looking for a hands-on, creative and content-driven Social Media Manager to own and grow Alea’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram and other relevant digital channels.
The person in this role will be responsible for developing and managing Alea’s monthly social media content plan, proactively proposing new ideas and formats, creating and editing content, coordinating publishing schedules, engaging with our online communities and analysing the performance of each channel.
You will report to the Head of PR & Communications and work closely with the Head of Marketing, Megan, our Content Specialist, the Design team, Product team and other internal stakeholders to transform company news, product updates, industry insights, events and business initiatives into engaging, channel-specific content.
This role is idóneo for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution: someone who can build a content plan, record and edit content, write compelling copy, manage multiple channels and use performance data to continuously improve results.




Social Media Strategy and Monthly Content Planning
Develop and manage a structured monthly social media content plan aligned with Alea’s marketing priorities, business objectives, product launches, events and industry calendar.
Proactively propose new content ideas, formats, campaigns and storytelling opportunities.
Define the most appropriate content pillars, formats, publishing frequency and messaging for each platform.
Manage the complete content workflow, from ideation and briefing to production, approval, scheduling and publication.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect the information and materials required to deliver content on time.
Work closely with Megan, our Content Specialist, to align the social media plan with the wider editorial calendar, content priorities and upcoming campaigns.
