We are looking for passionate and experienced Front of House team members to deliver our VIP and Premium Space offers across the AO Precinct in the following roles:
- Section Waiters - take ownership of your section and deliver attentive,



personalised service that exceeds guests' expectations.
- Food Runners - play a critical role in ensuring smooth food and drink service operations, helping to create exceptional dining experiences.

The Position
- Provide warm, attentive and personalised service throughout sessions, that elevates the guest experience
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and provide informed recommendations to guests
- Serve food and beverages promptly and maintain premium standards of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism
- Collaborate closely with your team to deliver seamless food & beverage service
- Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a calm and confident demeanour
- Operate POS systems and handle transactions (as required by role)
- Follow RSA guidelines and food safety standards at all times
