We are looking for a Consulting Finance Director to lead large-scale Finance Transformation and CFO Advisory programs across multiple industries. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on helping CFOs redefine their finance organizations, improve business performance, optimize operating models, and accelerate transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will bring a strong consulting background, extensive experience working with senior finance executives, a proven ability to drive business growth, and a track record of leading high-performing teams. This individual will act as a trusted advisor to CFOs while helping organizations navigate complex transformation programs and achieve measurable business outcomes.

The position can be based in Madrid or Barcelona in a hybrid working model, combining work from home with in-office collaboration opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Finance Transformation and CFO Advisory engagements for large organizations across different industries.
- Advise CFOs and senior finance leaders on operating model transformation,



financial performance, organizational effectiveness, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and governance.
- Drive business development activities, including opportunity identification, proposal development, consulting sales, and account growth.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing consulting teams while expanding Accenture's Finance Transformation capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute finance transformation roadmaps aligned with corporate strategy and business objectives.
- Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across finance functions and shared services organizations.
- Manage executive-level relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, and C-suite stakeholders.
- Support the adoption of data-driven decision-making capabilities within finance organizations.
- Contribute to market positioning, thought leadership, and practice growth initiatives.
