Who You Are:
- Degree Holder: You’ve got a BA/BS (or equivalent), and an MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a nice bonus.
- German Pro: You’re fluent in German (fluent level), and your English skills are sharp too—both spoken and written.
- Advertising Enthusiast: You’ve got between 6 months and 1 year of experience in advertising and PPC campaigns under your belt (Google Ads knowledge is a plus).
- Sales Savvy: You’ve also dabbled in outbound sales (preferably B2B) for around 6 months to a year, and you know how to pitch like a pro.
- Natural Leader: Leadership, analytics, and communication? You’re a triple threat, and you’re not afraid to use it.
- Marketing Nerd: You’re passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising—and you’re hungry to learn more and grow.
