At Green Leaves Early Learning, our unique National Learning, Research, and Development Program (NLRDP) is central to our commitment to supporting our teams' professional development. - Face-to-face and online mentoring with our NLRDP Research Partner (Dr Karen Grubb)




- Monthly Educational Leader ‘Think Tank’ meetings with your colleagues across Australia
- Access to the NLRDP Perspective Partners in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledge, Cultural Pedagogy, Nutrition, Wellbeing, Inclusion, Sustainability, The Arts, and Documentation
- Access to unlimited information and resources via our new NLRDP Communication and Resource platform on ‘PADLET’
- Access to the Creative Collection Arts and Materials with Children training program (delivered by Kelly Goodsir and Kirsty Liljegren)
- Access to the ‘Learning Leaves’ Documentation training delivered by our Pedagogy Partner
- On-call and online access to our Inclusion Mentoring Team, led by Robyn Papworth
- The opportunity to apply for and participate in our exclusive Annual New Zealand Study Tour
- Access to our Green Leaves Learning Tree Scholarship fund, which allows you to attend professional
