We're Looking For
We’re looking for an emerging property development professional who is ready to take the next step and build towards a Development Manager pathway.
You’ll bring commercial curiosity, strong organisational skills and the confidence to work across projects, stakeholders and competing priorities.
What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Development Manager, you’ll support development projects across Melbourne, with a focus on Gunns Gully.
Reporting to a Development Manager or Senior Development Manager, you’ll work across project planning, approvals, financial management, stakeholder engagement and delivery activities.
In this role, you will:
- Support planning, design and delivery to meet schedule, revenue and cost objectives.
- Assist with forecasting, financial plans, contract preparation and approvals.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Build relationships with customers, community stakeholders, government authorities and project partners.
- Contribute to risk management, compliance and continuous improvement.
