Run a boutique hotel in Spain, with the backing of YOUNG.
YOUNG.Hotels Dénia is entering its next chapter. We are investing in an expansion towards 17 rooms, with a target of welcoming guests into the expanded hotel in March 2027.
We are looking for an experienced hospitality entrepreneur—or an entrepreneurial couple—to lead the operation and build a thriving business under the YOUNG.Hotels name.
The opportunity
Our ambition is a welcoming destination combining comfortable accommodation, food and personal hospitality. The expanded hotel is planned to accommodate approximately 40 guests, with full-board packages and a restaurant that also welcomes local visitors.
The hotel remains open during the refurbishment, accommodating guests and groups with a breakfast offering. You will help manage that transition and prepare the team for the next phase.

What you bring
You take responsibility for the daily operation and its commercial performance. You recruit and lead the local team, deliver a consistently good guest experience and manage the business against a clear budget.
Your responsibilities include:
Hotel operations, reservations, housekeeping and guest service.
Staffing, scheduling and team development.
Preparing budgets and managing revenue, costs and performance.
Coordinating the food and beverage operation with the chef and restaurant team.
Developing opportunities for groups, retreats and local partnerships.
