This is a fast-paced reactive repairs role working acrossoccupied social housing properties , so youll need to be comfortable managing a busy workload and dealing professionally with residents. Youll be working onhousing association properties , with jobs ranging from quick tap changes through to full bathroom works.

As a Plumber, you will be:
- Completing reactive plumbing repairs across occupied homes.
- Carrying out everything from tap changes and minor repairs through to full bathroom works.
- Completing associated multi-trade repairs where required.
- Working across housing association properties.
- Managing a fast-paced workload and responding to changing priorities.
- Working professionally with tenants and minimising disruption.
- Completing jobs safely, efficiently and to a high standard.




- Keeping work areas clean and tidy.
- Completing relevant job sheets and paperwork.
