We are seeking an Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of utility-scale renewable energy projects, with a particular focus on Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through commissioning, ensuring delivery is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead the construction and delivery of utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects.Manage all phases of project execution, including planning, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Coordinate activities between EPC contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where required to mitigate risks and delays.Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental,



and quality standards throughout project delivery.Conduct regular site visits and chair construction progress meetings.Review and approve contractor methodologies, schedules, risk assessments, and project documentation.Manage project reporting, including progress updates, risk registers, budget forecasts, and milestone tracking.Oversee contract administration, change management, and claims resolution.Support commissioning activities and ensure successful project handover to operations teams.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, local authorities, grid operators, and key project stakeholders.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience managing renewable energy construction projects.Proven experience delivering at least 3 Solar PV and/or BESS projects from construction through commissioning.Strong understanding of utility-scale solar and energy storage technologies.Experience managing EPC contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, project controls, sch
