This position is part of the Global Finance Innovation COE and is primarily responsible to support the global finance business process optimization / standardization, to cover finance resource gaps and actively participate in global projects (S4 Hana and Central Finance). This position will support the global finance innovation streams (P2P - Procurement to Pay, R2R - Record to Report and O2C - Order to Cash) in the organization optimization by standardizing, simplifying and automating processes, ensuring consistency and standardization of onboarding activities, and defining the optimal organization structure within finance. In addition, the role will support the execution of general projects (S4 Hana and Central Finance).It requires leadership, self-confidence, strategic planning, problem solving, strong drive, team player, delegation, quick learner,
