You'll be the bridge between our prescribers and patients, handling clinical queries, side effect triage, and treatment check-ins through digital channels in Spanish and English. It's a remote contractor role, 3-4 hours a day across 7 days.What we're looking forRegistered Nurse (enfermera/o), Pharmacist (farmaceutico/a), or Doctor (medico/a)A few years of clinical experience - you need solid triage and clinical judgmentFluent Spanish and professional English, you'll use both every dayComfortable working remotely without much hand-holdingInterest in telehealth and digital patient careWhat you'll be doingTriage and respond to patient questions, side effect concerns, and complaints through email, SMS, and chat (mostly written, some phone) in Spanish and EnglishGive sound clinical advice that keeps patients safe and on track with their treatmentRun scheduled treatment reviewsWrite and maintain patient education materials
