API Integration & Data Ingestion: Proven ability to design and operate ingestion pipelines against third-party marketing and advertising APIs (e.g. Google Ads, DV360, CM360, Meta, Amazon Ads, Criteo, The Trade Desk, GA4). Comfortable with REST as well as asynchronous report-job patterns, GraphQL, bulk/file-based exports (SFTP, GCS/S3), and native transfer services.
Data Quality & Harmonization: Experience normalizing metrics across platforms with differing attribution windows, currencies, time zones, and taxonomies; building reconciliation checks against platform-reported figures; and handling schema drift, late-arriving data, and retroactive restatements
Analytics & Reporting: Solid data analysis capabilities complemented by the ability to build and deliver insightful dashboards and reports
Transformation & Orchestration: Practical experience with SQL-based workflow orchestration and transformation tools like Dataform or dbt
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Hands-on expertise provisioning and managing infrastructure using Terraform
CI/CD & Version Control:



Demonstrated experience configuring and maintaining continuous integration and deployment pipelines, preferably utilizing GitHub Actions
Cloud & DevOps: Cloud engineering and DevOps capabilities (with a strong preference for Google Cloud) with special focus on monitoring and alerting
Real-Time & Streaming: Initial exposure to real-time data pipeline frameworks (such as Apache Beam or Dataflow) and messaging brokers (such as Pub/Sub or Kafka)
Privacy & Compliance: Awareness of GDPR/TCF requirements in a marketing data context – consent signals, hashed identifiers, PII minimization, and retention policies

Your Profile

Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering, ideally with exposure to adtech, martech, or e-commerce/retail media data
Database & Warehousing: Strong SQL skills alongside hands-on experience with modern Data Warehouse solutions such as GCP BigQuery or AWS
