In this field-based MSL role, you will build trusted scientific partnerships across neuroscience and psychiatry to advance medical education and evidence generation. You will serve as the primary scientific interface with the medical community, delivering balanced scientific exchanges and gathering insights to inform strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clinical research and real-world evidence initiatives, while upholding high ethics and patient focus. This opportunity combines scientific leadership with cross-border collaboration in a fast-moving, innovative environment.

• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, investigators, patient groups and medical societies in neuroscience/psychiatry

• Identify unmet needs and treatment trends to inform medical strategy
• Support clinical research activities including investigator engagement, site identification, feasibility, and recruitment
• Facilitate evidence generation through collaboration with investigators for sponsor- and investigator-initiated studies
• Develop and execute territory medical engagement plans aligned to integral/local objectives
• Gather and communicate actionable medical insights to support planning and decision-making
• Support advisory boards, medical education programs, meetings and congress activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Market Access, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, Commercial)
• Ensure activities comply with regulations, pharmacovigilance, and ethical guidelines
