We act as strategic consultants, supporting both our partners and in-house projects to achieve their performance goals, while working closely with external and internal stakeholders.
Our decisions are data-driven at every level, from strategy to execution, enabling us to deeply understand Fever's business model and collaborate effectively across teams to guide the company's growth in the right direction.
The Role
- Partner with Cinema GM, taking full responsibility for its growth strategy and performance
- Define and implement new growth strategies to improve key business metrics and enhance overall company performance
- Lead high-impact, end-to-end projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across international markets
- Report directly to the General Growth Director, working closely with top management and founders
Who You Are
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, marketing or business-related roles
- Deep understanding of core growth strategies, including but not limited to email, push/SMS and social
- Entertainment marketing experience and knowledge of theatrical, home entertainment or gaming
- Proven track record of building trust and effectively leading teams or key projects
- You have an MBA, Engineering bachelor's (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, or Aeronautics) or a Maths / Statistics / Data Analytics / Strategy background
- Strong data-driven mindset: you use numbers to inform strategic and business decisions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work successfully across multiple disciplines and business areas
