Role Overview
The Partner Reconciliation Specialist will support a variety of back-office functions related to transaction processing, reconciliation,



and reporting for all electronic card processing globally, both domestic and international products. This includes reconciling BIN/ICA and cash activity daily as well as identifying and correcting exceptions. The Partner Reconciliation Specialist will help measure and improve customer experience and SLA and will perform a wide range of reporting to banks, clients, and card schemes. Project phase testing validation is performed on an as -needed basis.

What You Will Do

- Assist with portfolio monitoring for transaction processing issues and perform analysis of transaction behavior, researching anomalies and escalating to management.
- Perform daily reconciliations of transaction activity and exceptions, resolve outages, communicate with technical teams and clients.
- Create, execute, and analyze reports for business-impacting issues, technical incidents and improvement actions. Collaborate with global Technical and Operations teams.
