You play a key role across both commissioning and service phases, helping ensure turbines perform reliably throughout their lifecycle.You work closely with site teams and engineering experts to detect, analyze, and resolve technical issues, ensuring stable operations and continuous improvement.What you'll doIn this role,



you will:+ Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions+ Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting+ Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance+ Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information+ Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems+ Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities+ Support reporting and communication of technical findings+ Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation+ Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance+ Work on a rotating weekday shift schedule with occasional on-call support during weekends and public holidaysWhat you bring+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience in the wind energy sector+ Hands-on experience with wind turbines or similar
