In this role you will own the full software development lifecycle for high-performance C# applications while serving as a Scrum Master. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid 75/25 setup to deliver robust software and empower the development team through Agile practices. You will tackle ambiguity, apply modern AI-assisted tools, and drive code quality and team efficiency in pursuit of Roche’s mission to advance healthcare.
