JOB DESCRIPTION:The Product Manager Salesforce is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and evolving Salesforce as Roiback’s customer-centric commercial operating system, ensuring that Marketing, Acquisition, Customer Success, Service Desk, Growth and Finance operate through connected, automated and reliable processes.The role combines hands-on Salesforce implementation, database and data quality management, process automation, AI-enabled Salesforce tools and business understanding across the full customer lifecycle — from prospecting to customer growth and churn prevention.Without this role, Roiback would lack the internal technical and operational capability required to further evolve Salesforce as a customer-centric commercial operating system, enabling the full customer lifecycle across Marketing, Acquisition, Customer Success, Service Desk and GrowthACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIESOwn and evolve Salesforce as the commercial operating system.Implement Salesforce processes and automations hands-onEnsure CRM data quality,
