About ORTH
ORTH is an AI-powered agronomic advisor used by 300,000+ growers and agronomists across Spain, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Argentina and Chile. Farmers use it to diagnose crop problems, get treatment recommendations and run their plots with data. We're now scaling our B2B business: selling ORTH Teams and Enterprise to agribusinesses, cooperatives, input distributors and growers' associations. That means building a serious revenue engine, and we want someone to own the machinery behind it.
The role
You'll be the person who turns our go-to-market ideas into working systems and the builder who makes both of them 10x more effective. You'll work directly with the Chief Growth Officer and sit between growth, sales and product. Your job is to design, build and run the B2B acquisition and lifecycle stack — data enrichment, outbound sequencing, CRM, email and retargeting, and the AI automations that glue them together — while keeping our product-led growth motions running and improving for the 300,000+ users already in the app.
What you'll do
Build the outbound engine. Source,
enrich and tier target accounts and contacts (Clay, Apollo, Lusha, Sales Navigator), keep the data clean and flowing into the CRM, and run multichannel sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone, WhatsApp) that feed demos to the sales team.
Own the CRM and data layer. Keep Customer.io in sync, design the segmentation and scoring that decides who gets which message, and make sure sales always knows who to call next and why.
Run lifecycle and email marketing. Build and optimize Customer.io campaigns for B2B leads and product users: nurture flows, demo booking sequences, webinar promotion, upsell triggers.
Maintain and improve our PLG motions. Own the automated journeys that take a new install from download to activation, trial, conversion and retention: onboarding flows, in-app messages, push and WhatsApp, reverse-trial and upgrade triggers, referral and reactivation campaigns.
