Account Manager for Partners for the Spanish MarketAs part of the partnership team, you will be responsible for onboarding new partners, ensuring that the partners and their clients use the platform to its fullest, and gathering customers' feedback. One of your greatest challenges will be to make sure our product can be fully adapted to the client's needs. This requires you to perfectly aligned to the partner and client, understand their processes and problems, and detect possible improvements and opportunities in the product.What will you be doing:Build strong relationships with partners and understand their requirements through regular video calls in order to create engagement and provide them with product updates.Provide after-sales support to help the partners retain their customers.Coordinate with internal teams the needs and improvements our partners need.Onboard and train our new Spanish partners by assisting them via video call,
