About the Role and Why It's Special ✨ We are building a Marketing OS: a system where AI agents handle lead qualification, campaign execution, and attribution end to end, with marketers directing strategy instead of running manual workflows.



This role owns that build from the ground up. This role supports every discipline across the marketing team, not a single function: growth marketing (lead qualification and funnel systems behind an aggressive pipeline target), paid acquisition (campaign and creative performance tracking across channels), email and lifecycle marketing (segmentation and automated journeys across mailing, onboarding, and in-product touchpoints), and event operations (systems for a large, recurring US event calendar). Wherever a discipline runs on manual work today, this role designs the system that replaces it. This is a builder's role. You design and ship the agents and automations yourself, with full ownership from idea to production.
