Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Skilled nursing facility experience required

Assignment Details
36 hours per week
May float between multiple skilled nursing facility locations in Brattleboro
