Perform advanced troubleshooting across campus networks. Support large-scale Cisco and Aruba switching environments. Troubleshoot complex routing and switching issues. LAN Technologies Cisco Catalyst 9K Cisco Nexus Aruba CX HPE Comware SDA (Software Defined Access) Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC) Device onboarding and provisioning Assurance Management Software Image Management (SWIM) Template deployment Compliance management SDA operational support Problem Management Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Identify recurring infrastructure issues. Implement permanent corrective actions. Maintain technical knowledge articles.
