Experteer Overview
As a Senior Strategic Consultant, you will combine strategic consulting with data analysis and technical insight to turn digital experience data into business outcomes. You’ll guide client prioritization, roadmaps, and organizational change, collaborating with data analysts, UX design consultants, and senior stakeholders. You’ll shape reusable frameworks and embed governance and measurement practices to drive measurable value. This role offers cross-functional exposure, high-impact engagements, and room to influence customer strategies in a growth-focused company.

• Own strategy-focused engagements from discovery to delivery with quality and momentum
• Assess customer data maturity, collection concepts, data quality, and measurement needs
• Translate data and platform insights into prioritized recommendations, roadmaps, and business cases
• Facilitate workshops and executive reviews with business and technical stakeholders
• Partner with Data Analysts and UX Design Consultants to deliver impactful outcomes




• Embed digital experience intelligence, data governance, and measurement practices into decision-making
• Contribute to reusable consulting frameworks and advocate for customer needs internally
• Align stakeholders around digital experience priorities and required actions
• Drive measurable customer value by turning data into clear roadmaps and repeatable measurement practices
• Collaborate with customer executives, operations and technical teams, Customer Success, Product, and other Professional Services colleagues

Responsabilidades
• Strong experience in management or strategic consulting or customer-facing advisory roles (senior level)
• Strong structured thinking and strategic problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of digital analytics platforms, data collection concepts, data structures, data quality, and reliability conditions
