Overview
In this role you will lead data-driven performance marketing across a Glovo region, partnering with marketing, data, and design teams to uncover opportunities and optimize campaigns. You will own end-to-end regional campaigns, focusing on app campaigns and programmatic channels to drive growth and ROAS. You’ll champion rapid experimentation, share best practices, and collaborate cross-functionally to push campaign performance to the next level. This is a hands-on position with a strong emphasis on analytics, impact, and scaling high-impact initiatives.

Responsabilidades
- Lead creation, development, and optimization of high-impact campaigns for a Glovo region
- Specialize in acquisition, activation, reactivation, and re-engagement via App Campaigns (UAC) and programmatic channels




- Apply a hands-on, data-driven approach to daily operations and tackle challenges to exceed goals
- Collaborate with marketers and analysts across Paid Social, SEM, ASA, and programmatic to maximize impact
- Own performance targets and deliver on key metrics to drive growth
- Share insights and best practices to elevate team performance
- Lead continuous optimization through A/B testing and performance analysis
- Work cross-functionally with design, local marketing, BI, and Martech to craft winning strategies

Requisitos principales
- 3-5+ years of experience in performance marketing with focus on Google App Campaigns (preferably UAC) and programmatic advertising
- Proven ability to scale campaigns, optimize acquisition funnels, and maximize ROAS
- Deep understanding of digital measurement, attribution models, incrementality testing, and performance optimization
- Strong analytical mindset with abilit
