Attendance Monitoring
Supervision of Deferrals, term-breaks, withdrawals, and course changes for the BCN/Madrid campus students.

Following up with online student

Event management including Orientation, info-sessions, and graduation.

Coordinate module surveys and achieve 60% of response rate.

Support students on non-academic matters: student services matters, including TIE, accommodation, health insurance and events.

Coordinating informal and formal disciplinary processes, meetings, panels, communications, case records and required external reporting.

Issuing matriculation, partner matriculation, holiday confirmation, attendance, ex-matriculation and visa-support letters.

An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills,



including professional credibility, relationship building and influencing
Professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
