We specialise in digital transformation, IT Quality & Compliance, Computer System Validation (CSV/CSA), GxP systems, project management and emerging technologies such as AI in regulated environments.
As we continue to grow our client base and consulting team, we are looking for a Business Development & Talent Acquisition Specialist who wants to play an active role in building the next stage of Qualitice.
This is an entrepreneurial role combining business development, recruiting and communications . You will work closely with the CEO and our consulting team and will have the opportunity to take ownership from an early stage.

What you’ll do Business Development
• Identify and approach potential clients, particularly within the pharmaceutical, biotech and life sciences sectors




• Research new business opportunities, projects and target accounts across Europe, with a particular focus on the DACH market
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners and recruitment/procurement contacts
• Support client outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls and networking
• Coordinate introductory meetings, follow-ups, proposals and consultant submissions
• Maintain our business development pipeline and CRM activities
• Support the development of partnerships and new market opportunities

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
• Identify and approach consultants and candidates for current and upcoming client projects
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, job platforms and direct outreach
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
