You will lead business reviews, design and implement standard work, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance, reduce defects, and scale operations. The position offers a 10h20 to 18h30 fix schedule, with working days being Tuesday to Saturday.Key job responsibilitiesBusiness Reviews & Performance Management* Lead and facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly business reviews across the Quick Commerce network,



driving accountability and action on key performance metrics* Design and implement business review mechanisms that enable data-driven decision making and rapid issue resolution* Create and maintain performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide visibility into operational healthProcess Design & Standard Work* Define and document standard operating procedures for shift handovers, ensuring seamless continuity of operations across time zones and shifts* Develop scalable standard work that enables consistent execution across multiple stores and markets* Design and implement quality control mechanisms to ensure adherence to standard workCommunication & Stakeholder Management* Build and optimize communication mechanisms between Central Operations, stores, delivery partners, and cross-functional teams* Establish clear escalation paths and communication protocols for operational issues* Facilitate information flow across shifts, ensuring critical context is preserved during handovers* Partner with operations teams, delivery partners, and stakeholders to align on priorities and resolve systemic issue
